| General Overview | Noxe was born Cogenitor #125. Born on Vissia, Noxe is a cogenitor, the "third" race of the Vissian species. They are necessary for reproduction, but are otherwise second-class citizens. She is quiet, shy, and keeps to herself. She wants to prove herself, and people please, sometimes to her own detriment. |

| Strengths & Weaknesses | Strengths: -Fast learner. She is able to take on learning new tasks/languages/etc quickly and with ease. -Pleasant. She has a good personality and is personable to all. -Compliant. She follows directions quickly and to the T. Weaknesses: -Shyness. Noxe is incredibly shy, and this can sometimes be a hindrance for her to do her job AND make friends with her colleagues. -Needs to please. She is easily manipulated by the wrong kinds of people because of a need to people please and "prove herself." -Prone to overwork. She tends to work to the point of exhaustion. |

| Ambitions | Someday, Noxe would like to return to Vissia to share her experiences in the Fleet, and convince the Government to join the FOP. She'd like a family, too, but is unsure how that would happen. Eventually, she'd like to try to go for the Command track and see if she's capable of leadership. |

| Hobbies & Interests | As Noxe doesn't have much of a past history outside of her very regimented life until age 15, she doesn't have many hobbies. Everything she "likes" was shown to her at the Academy. As such, she likes team sports, especially basketball, reading books, and holo-novels, and Earth cats. |
| Personal History | The history of Vissia is thousands of years old, and somewhere in their development after seeding by the Founders, they developed the need for Cogitators to procreate; that is, a third party who posses a special enzyme to complete the fertilization process and produce offspring. Normally, they are considered "second class" citizens in Vissian society, though they are necessary and arguably the key to the continuation of the species. These special people are taken from their birth families a few days after birth, and trained specifically to be Cogenitors. This includes both anatomical lessons, hands on training, and other things. Alongside this, they also get a regular education but it's not as good as "regular" citizens. They are not allowed to have contact with their birth family, and are simply referred to by the number in which they came to the training program that year. There is a small but vocal progressive movement on Vissia who are pushing for Vissia to join the Federation of Planets; currently, they are simply "neutral" to the Federation. The two leaders of the this movement, Thom and Reeza Tomé, met Noxe when she was sent to them for her services when they wanted to have their son, Alis. They realized that Noxe was a fast learner, and ensured she got an education, though it was "home school" because assisting Cogenitors in achieving a better life is not well-received. Another thing the Tomés were focused on is improving the rights and status of Cogenitors, because, after all, they are the key to the continuation of the species. She chose the name Noxe from a baby book. |

| Service Record | 2394-Starfleet Academy. Cadet Ensign- Cdt. LCdr. At the Academy, Noxe thrived. She was allowed to explore and learn, and learn about new species, and things she didn't know existed. 2397-USS Sierra Leone. Ensign-LtJG. Operations Officer. Here, she learned the ropes of Operations. She also received a Medal of Valor for bravery in a fight against the Devore. 2399-USS Amazônia. (Nova Class) LtJG-Asst. Chief Operations Officer. On the Amazônia, Noxe became more secure in her work, and took the Chief's place as AOO when the former Assistant moved into the Chief role. It was also the first time, she truly felt like she had found a place where she belonged within Starfleet. Following the destruction of the Amazônia (her actions earned her a commendation for bravery), Noxe entered therapy to help with her survivor’s guilt. Part of her treatment includes a holographic red cat named Zhuk, who can roam freely thanks to a collar equipped with a mobile emitter, but is usually not too far from Noxe’s side. When Jaro assembled his crew for venturing into the Delta Quadrant, Noxe jumped at the opportunity. Hoping to recapture the familial feeling she had lost not too long ago. |
