Personal History

When Starfleet moved to the Mark III model of Emergency Medical Holograms, Ukram was programmed. He was originally intended to be used for Klingon officer and enlisted personnel and on Klingon vessels. However, his model is now strictly used by the Amazonia, for reasons unknown.
